Rafael Scussel Gripp is project coordinator at Hetc. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and studying Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, he has experience in engineering projects, in all its phases, especially in industrial works, providing services to Contractors and Contractors. Working as a consultant in contract management and cost engineering, with over 10 years of experience, acting as an expert/technical assistant in legal/arbitral disputes.

At Hect, he works as a consultant in project management, contract audit, and analysis of deviations, related to scope, deadline, costs and technical failures. Also acting in preventive consulting, with implementation of control systems and project monitoring, aimed at evaluating the schedule, productivity deviations, verifying the adherence of records made in construction documents, acting as a technical assistant and expert also in negotiating claims and in mediation, arbitration and common justice environments. Among other activities, the following stand out:
  • Consulting aiming to optimize construction processes, and obtain time gains and cost reduction;
  • Diagnosis of causes of losses in engineering contracts;
  • Schedule Analysis to determine responsibilities for delays;
