CGU extends deadline for creation of Integrity Programs by federal agencies

The Federal Comptroller General’s Office (CGU) published on January 7, 2019, Ordinance No. 57/2019 that extended the deadline for the creation of Integrity Programs by Federal Government entities, such as ministries, municipalities and public foundations for.

The deadline, which was previously closed on November 30, 2018, went to March 29, 2019 for final approval of the programs.

According to news from the CGU website, up to the date of publication of the Ordinance, 91 of the 195 agencies and entities of the Federal Government had implemented their own integrity plans, containing characteristics of the institution, risk assessment with treatment measures, monitoring and updating periodically. The value corresponds to 47% of the total of federal agencies.
