The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) published in the Official Gazette of the Union on October 11, 2018, Ordinance No. 434 that created the Integrity Management Unit and determined its competencies and attributions.
Composition:
The Advisory Office for Strategic Management and Innovation was appointed to coordinate the structuring, execution and monitoring of the Integrity Program within the scope of ANTT.
It will be the responsibility of the General Directorate of ANTT to provide technical and administrative support to the full operation of the Integrity Unit.
Main attributions and competences:
1. Coordinate the elaboration, revision, implementation, training, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Integrity Plan;
2. To raise the situation of the units related to the Integrity Program and, if necessary, propose actions for their structuring or strengthening;
3. Propose strategies for expansion of the Integrity Program for suppliers and third parties that are related to ANTT.
