André Martins is a consulting engineer at Hect. He has experience in strategic planning, team management/leadership, contractual follow-up on large projects and execution of contractual studies, with the preparation of reports, letters, technical opinions and presentations for civil works and electromechanical assembly. It is also responsible for the Compliance and Integrity Program (Compliance Officer) of Hect, ensuring the correct and ethical posture of the company, while meeting its business objectives.

André Martins has worked in the preparation of technical studies of contract deviations (forensic analysis) in industrial, civil and energy projects, which total more than 10 billion reais, with emphasis on dams, pulp plants, petrochemicals, hydroelectric plants and wind power plants . He also participated in Contract follow-up, with management consulting and monitoring of economic and planning indicators.

- Construction of the Dam – Fundão Valley – Germano Mine – Mariana/MG;
- Civil works – Star Project (largest private investment in the State of São Paulo in the last 20 years) – Lençóis Paulista/SP;
