Geovane Martins began his career in 1987 as a Building Technician. At that time, he was studying business administration, coming later to graduate in Civil Engineering. In 1994 he founded the construction company Costa Martins, playing the role of technical director. The company accounted for contracts with several customers, including Vale, CSN (Cia. Siderúrgica Nacional), CEMIG, UNIMED, in addition to running several public procurement. Currently he is sole owner of the construction company, dedicated to affordable housing buildings and industrial projects of small and medium businesses. In 2003 he founded the Hect, consulting engineering company. In Hect he managed and directed multidisciplinary teams, where he performs and coordinates, among other activities, the following:

• Development Strategic Planning Projects;
• Project management consulting, by PMBOK guidelines;
• Technical Critical analysis of proposals and contracts;
• Consulting to optimize building processes, and get-term efficiency and cost;
• Diagnosis of damage causes in engineering contracts;
• Timing Analysis and your critical path to determine responsibility for delays;
• Productivity study and because of its reduction, as well as calculation of the costs involved;
• Quantification of damage;
• Claims Negotiation;
• Risk Analysis;
• Development to seem Technicians for Legal purposes, and oral defense of their opinions;

• A consultant in the development of engineering solutions and project management involving environmental works for BHP Billiton in Brazil.

  Projects Geovane Martins has worked on several projects, and only in the area of delay analysis, loss productivity, damage calculation and disputes, sum up over 450 contracts. Among the projects that participated are mentioned:
