Associate Director

Patrick Lima de Carvalho is Associate Director of Hect and has more than 11 years of experience in engineering projects, in all its phases, both in the environment of industries, public works, as well as for individuals, providing services to Contractors, Contractors and Arbitration Chambers. He also provides preventive consulting with implementation of control systems and monitoring of projects, aiming at the contemporary evaluation of delays, productivity deviations, cost control, among others. It acts in the verification of the adherence of records made in works documents. He has experience in claims negotiation, arbitration and common justice, acting as technical assistant and expert.
