HORMIGON attended the Seminar on Compliance and Corporate Integrity held on July 25, in Cachoeiro do Itapemirim, State of Espírito Santo. The event was promoted by the South Espírito Santo Business Movement (MESSES) and took place in the Chamber of Departmental Managers (CDL HALL).
The Seminar addressed the practice of ethical values and transparency in the development of sustainable businesses. HORMIGON’s Compliance Manager, Flávia Melo, spoke about the key elements for an effective Compliance and Integrity Program that meets legal, regulatory and market requirements.
The event also had the participation of the SAMARCO MINERAÇÃO S.A. Compliance lawyer, Mirela Pedrosa Lima, who contextualized the Brazilian anti-corruption regulatory framework, its development and effects in the country scenario.
The president of MESSES, Luiz Carlos Nemer, opened the Seminar, which welcomed businessmen from the region and professionals in the area.
