The purpose of the Construction Risk Assessment Management ("RAM") is to minimize the risks that companies face during the construction cycle and improve the ability for a project to finish on time and on budget. We have developed a methodology covering all steps in the construction cycle, including but not limited to constructability analysis, review and assessment of the project schedules, review and effect of delay/event delays in all phases of the project, and productivity monitoring, among others.
